Under GDPR, we will respond to a request within one calendar month of receipt, with a possible extension of two further months where notice of the extension is given (GDPR Art 12(3)). Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection are set out in GDPR Art 15, Art 16, GDPR Art 17, Art 18, and Art 21 respectively.
Under CCPA/CPRA, we will respond to a request within 45 days of receipt, with a possible extension of a further 45 days where notice is given (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.130), except that requests to opt out of sale or sharing are handled within 15 business days (§1798.120). Rights of access are set out in Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100/110, and rights of rectification and erasure in §1798.106 and §1798.105.
Under KVKK, we will respond to a request within 30 days of receipt (KVKK Law 6698 Art 13). Rights of access and rectification are set out in KVKK Art 11 and Art 11(d), and the right to request erasure in KVKK Art 11(e).

International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the jurisdiction in which it was collected, we rely on the applicable safeguard for that jurisdiction: under GDPR, an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or binding corporate rules (Ch. V); under CCPA/CPRA, contractual terms with the receiving service provider; and under KVKK, the mechanisms available under Law 7499 (Art 9, effective 2024-06-01), including adequacy, standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules, or another applicable derogation.
